Zach grew up in Peru where he picked up his first pair of drumsticks at 14. A self-taught drummer, he learned by playing along to artists like Minus the Bear and Incubus.
Shortly after moving to Denver in 2021, he found Sam’s Craigslist post and they began practicing together in hourly rehearsal spaces. The duo slowly recruited new members until Porcelain Twin materialized in 2023.
