Jared grew up listening to Modest Mouse and Red Hot Chili Peppers. The iconic guitar riffs and effects inspired him to buy his first guitar at 13 after scrapping enough money from an impromptu yard sale.
While attending college in Chicago, he played for several bands and refined his playing and style, contributing now to Porcelain Twin’s rich guitar tones.
